Good Morning, Astral souls!
We all know that Money is the most powerful form of energy in today’s times, but did you know it’s also the universal source of stress?
We know Money matters, and money is a need that, if met, can put you in a Positive state of mind in seconds. But having debt invites money stress – a state where one is constantly worried, anxious and emotional about their money, debts and expenses. The biggest one of these reasons is debt.
Having debt is suffocating as it puts the brakes on all areas of our lives. Money affects all areas of our lives: personal, mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and professional. The worst part is that the pressure to act sane during such stressful times makes it even harder.
During my debt days, I felt stuck and was in a deep, dark place where I was managing to pay off my monthly bills, keeping my head up, and surviving the days, and the only future thinking I did was to end a day alive. Money stress due to debt has killed more dreams than any adversity has. Financial stress can drive people to do terrible things to themselves and their family members.
Money stress due to debts and Suicide

Financial stress due to debts is a serious concern.
It broke my heart to know that this is a global problem and no one is talking about it. All search engines and social media platforms are filled with stories of debt, stress, and tragic events.
You will find tons of videos on the internet showing news of how so many deaths have happened due to debt stress in recent years. People are committing suicide along with their children and family members to escape the consequences of not paying their debts and getting threats from collection agencies.
There has also been a study that the NIH conducted on the financial indebtedness and its connection to suicide. These results showed that those who had experienced financial indebtedness are more likely to commit suicide than those who do not have any debts. It is sad and heartbreaking, but it’s true.
No, you don’t have to kill yourself over a stupid debt

I consider myself a strong individual, but debts had left me feeling super stressed, anxious, and weak. So I know how debt can break even the bravest people’s confidence and mental strength.
I know how it feels to be suicidal when you are in debt. I do, coz I am one of those individuals who thought about committing suicide due to debts, but being the breadwinner, I could not do that either, at least not without paying off the debts.
The years I was in debt felt like imprisonment. I was struggling to cover my basic living expenses, including rental payments, utility bills, medical costs for a family member’s illness, and groceries on some days.
I had gone into this phase due to a close family member’s illness expenses and a financial investment mistake I made. I was so angry with myself and was holding a lot of hate for myself for making the wrong medical insurance and financial investment choices.

My journey to becoming 100% debt-free has inspired me to share my personal experience of overcoming debt, so that anyone struggling with debt can see this stressful time as an opportunity to improve their financial situation and achieve debt freedom.
